Health And Safety

We place great importance on the health and safety of our employees, and that of our clients in all areas of operations.

By displaying visual aid posters we can assist staff on instant awareness of possible dangers, and by working with our clients we investigate individual risks and address these during on-site training which is specifically tailored to the client’s environment.

The company carefully adheres to the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and requires full co-operation from all parties to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

All of our employees are made aware of the Health & Safety Act 1974 as part of their initial training programmes.

With regard to all products used on site, we supply copies of Product Safety Data Sheets (in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 1987) to be kept in the cleaning stock cupboard for everyone to view.

Each location provides a first aid kit and accident book to comply with the Health & Safety & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

COSHH Data Sheets are available on-site and Chemical Regulation posters are displayed.

PPE is supplied and monitored for wear and replacement.


Risk Assessment

We have a continuous approach to risk awareness and make an overall assessment which is then documented and updated with staff.

Staff are also made aware of the great importance of procedures and consequences to themselves and others for their actions. Absolutely no compromise will be made in this important area of Health & Safety. Strict adherence must be followed by all cleaning staff at all times or full disciplinary action will be taken.

We take a zero tolerance approach to any breach of responsibility in this area, which has given us a clean and untarnished record since the company’s inception in 1996.
